I just wanted to send you a note to say thank you for everything! Our wedding was beyond what we could have imagined. The resort coordinated everything so well and we have absolutely no complaints about our wedding day!
The resort was BEAUTIFUL. I was in aw of it the entire time we were there. Such lush greenery and a beautiful beach and the remoteness of the location was exactly what I wanted! The food and the service was great. Everyone enjoyed the buffet and all the a la cartes. The staff was also very friendly and we just loved our time there.
Our ACV rep on site, Diane...she was amazing. She went above and beyond for us (even stopping off at a pharmacy for us one day)... if I had any questions I just asked her. I really appreciated her service.
The spa staff did an absolutely amazing job on the hair and make up for my bridesmaids and I. Donavin and I also went for a massage there and it was amazing!

“Kiki helped us book our destination wedding to mexico for 40+ of our family and friends. She gave us many resort packages to choose from and all the information I asked for and I asked for a lot. She then handled all the guests and helped us by taking care of all the bookings and payments which took a lot off our plate while we were busy planning the wedding. We even had some last minute guest bookings that tried to book on their own but was told that the flights and hotel were fully booked. When we went to Kiki with the problem she got us all flights together and also rooms in the same resort.

“My husband and I were impressed with Kiki’s organization and thoroughness during our friend’s destination wedding back in 2020 that we enlisted in her services for our own wedding in 2022. Wedding planning is stressful to begin with and planning a destination wedding during a global pandemic brought about so many additional worries! Having Kiki help us navigate travel restrictions, curate resort packages based on our preferences, and take the time to explain various COVID-19 insurance policies really helped ease some of that stress.
January 31st we got married at the RIU Palace Costa Mujeres in Cancun and our experience there was nothing short of amazing. Such a beautiful resort! the staff and services were incredible and our wedding day was honestly so perfect! There was a nice variety of restaurants, activities, and shows and we seriously regret not extending our trip an extra week. There were some mild hiccups with Sunwing/airport transportation. But, these were quickly resolved by Kiki and the our onsite representatives! Other than that travel was stress free and we had such a great time.
